Bill Donohue, President of the Catholic League, thinks Gay adoption is "against nature"! He thinks Gay rights advocates are "cultural nihilists" and worse than "marxists and radical leftists". He thinks gay advocates want to "tear down the social order, which revolves around Christianity in the United States". As I read the entire story on www.advocate.com, I got upset! Then, I laughed at has ignorance. He's just like those people who used to burn "witches" back in the middle ages. It's people like him who need to be shown what gay people really want. All we've been asking for is equality. What part of that says we want to ruin the world and rid it of Christianity? people like him who, fear what they don't understand and refuse to try and learn about it instead of preaching ignorance, annoy me. We have along way to go if we can't change peoples minds like him.

And when did it become a rule that children are property of the church? Who are they to say whom a child can or can't be adopted by? He needs to sit has ass down somewhere and shut the fuck up. I really just hate people like him.

A crazed fan Slapped Leona Lewis!!!

While Leona Lewis was at a book signing for her autobiography, "Dreams", at a book store in London, a random guy waiting in line lashed out and slapped her in the head!!!! The attack was completely un-provoked so I assume it was either a HUGE hater or some dumb ass fan. She immediately left the book signing and apologized to the fans she didn't get to meet. The guy was put into custody and she went to the hospital as a precaution. Her Album is due in mid November so I hope he doesn't show up for her album signing's. Smh at these crazy ass people now a days.

So the rumor mill is spinning like crazy talking about how Khloe and Lamar's marriage is already about to come to an end. I knew it wouldn't last! MediaTakeOut has an un-named source that say they got into a big fight after Lamar's team won the game against the golden state warriors. He came home and Khloe asked him for a massage and that's when Lamar blew up and told her she should be the one getting the massage. it seems to me that ever since Michael Jackson Died, his family (Excluding Janet and the oldest sister) has been trying to make money from his death. Before Michael died we NEVER heard about them! And now, they're trying to go sing and shit, got a reality show, always trying to find a paparazzi to stand in front of. The one thing I have a problem with is this reality show they're trying to do. I don't really care that they're doing it because I most likely won't watch, but they're trying to have Michaels kids in the show. Mike has kept them out of the spot light to let them have a normal life as possible, and now his family is going to fuck it up. I don't think Mike would like this at all! If Gay's Can't Get Married, Straight People Can't Divoce!!!!

Omg this is the best thing I've ever seen in my life! A man named John Marcotte, creator and writer of BadMouth.net, is working to collect signatures on a new bill called "California Protection of Marriage Act." The bill would make Divorce illegal in California. Now it might not mean much to you if you don't live in Cali BUT, this could possibly spread to other states!! "If gay Americans aren't allowed to sully the vows of traditional marriage, why should straight people be allowed to get divorced? Isn't that worse?" I believe so!

Hopefully this can make some good changes and open people's eyes to see how ignorant they are.

There's Gonna be a Major Death on Heroes!!!!!

Ok so if you watch Heroes this is exciting and bad news! One of the main characters from the show will be killed off. Of course they're not saying who it is but NBC has said that it's going to be one of the guys. And to narrow it down even more, they said it's someone who is apart of the original cast. The Producers are pulling out all the stops to amp up the storylines and have some gossip worthy surprises. I can't WAIT to see who it is. I have an idea but I bet it's not the right person lol. I'm never right with these things.

Teaching Racist Homophobia in School!

a teacher at Geneva High school, A school in my home town of Chicago, is accused of making some antigay and racist remarks in front of his students this month. Dave Burk, allegedly said the stuff in a lecture In his consumer education class (the fuck is that doing in a high school?) on October 5th. He was talking about tax money and the national endowment for the arts and apparently asked "How would you feel about your tax dollars going to pay some black fag in New York to take pictures of other black fags?".

A 17 year old gay student in the class named , Jordan Hunter, reported the comments to the school officials and asked for the teacher to be fired. Which is the right thing to do!!! The teacher brought his lawyer in to say that he didn't mean to "intentionally offend anybody". The school is going to have a meeting and discuss this topic and decide what they're gonna do with the teacher.

I honestly think they should fire him. What kind of lame excuse is "I didn't mean to intentionally offend anybody"? maybe he didn't know any gay people were in the class but I'm pretty sure there was at least 1 black student. A teacher shouldn't be saying that kind of shit in front of their students anyway. On top of the homophobic part of it he was actually TRYING to be racist. Why the hell did the gay guys have to be black? He didn't even have to say a race which is why I think he truly is a racist. This kind of hateful crap needs to stop and he should be hung and burned!!!!... or fired.... either one works. Lmao.

The Definition of a "Hate Crime" Has Been Extended!

Ok this is a long one sorry but I want you guys to know EVERY detail so I'm just copying and pasting the info. But they're doing this in honor of, Matthew Shepard, a gay Wyoming college student that was murdered back in 1998. Hopefully these hate crimes will finally stop now... I doubt it!

" WASHINGTON - The House voted Thursday to expand the definition of violent federal hate crimes to those committed because of a victim's sexual orientation, a step that would extend new protection to lesbian, gay and transgender people.

Democrats hailed the vote of 281 to 146, which brought the measure to the brink of becoming law, as the culmination of a long push to curb violent expressions of bias like the 1998 murder of Matthew Shepard, a gay Wyoming college student.

"Left unchecked, crimes of this kind threaten to ruin the very fabric of America," said Representative Susan A. Davis, Democrat of California, a leading supporter of the legislation.

Under current federal law, hate crimes that fall under federal jurisdiction are defined as those motivated by the victim's race, color, religion or national origin.

The new measure would broaden the definition to include those committed because of gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability. It was approved by the House right before a weekend when gay rights will be a focus in Washington, with a march to the Capitol and a speech by President Obama to the Human Rights Campaign.

Republicans criticized the legislation, saying violent attacks were already illegal regardless of motive. They said the measure was an effort to create a class of "thought crimes" whose prosecution would require ascribing motivation to the attacker.

Representative John A. Boehner of Ohio, the House Republican leader, called the legislation radical social policy.

"The idea that we're going to pass a law that's going to add further charges to someone based on what they may have been thinking, I think is wrong," Mr. Boehner said.

Republicans were also furious that the measure was attached to an essential $681 billion military policy bill, and accused Democrats of legislative blackmail.

Even some Republican members of the usually collegial House Armed Services Committee who helped write the broader legislation, which authorizes military pay, weapons programs and other necessities for the armed forces, opposed the bill in the end, solely because of the hate crimes provision.

"We believe this is a poison pill, poisonous enough that we refuse to be blackmailed into voting for a piece of social agenda that has no place in this bill," said Representative Todd Akin of Missouri, a senior Republican member of the committee.

On the final vote, 237 Democrats were joined by 44 Republicans in support of the bill; 131 Republicans and 15 Democrats opposed it. The Democratic opponents were a mix of conservatives who were against the hate crimes provision and liberals opposed to Pentagon provisions.

The military bill has yet to be approved by the Senate. But the hate crimes provision has solid support there, and Senator John McCain of Arizona, the senior Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee, said the overall bill outweighed his own objections to including the hate crimes measure.

Mr. Obama supports the hate crimes provision, though the White House has raised objections to elements of the bill related to military acquisitions. If signed into law, the hate crimes legislation would reflect the ability of Democrats to enact difficult measures with their increased majorities in Congress and a Democrat in the White House.

"Elections have consequences," Mr. McCain said.

Similar hate crime provisions have passed the House and the Senate in previous years but have never been able to clear their final hurdles. Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Thursday that it was fitting that Congress was acting now, since next Monday is the 11th anniversary of Matthew Shepard's killing. The hate crimes part of the bill is named for Mr. Shepard and James Byrd Jr., a black man killed in a race-based attack in Texas the same year.

The hate crimes legislation would give the federal government authority to prosecute violent crimes of antigay bias when local authorities failed to act. It would also allocate $5 million a year to the Justice Department to provide assistance to local communities in investigating hate crimes, a process that can sometimes strain police resources. And it would allow the department to assist in the inquiry and local prosecution if requested.

"The problem of crimes motivated by bias," the measure says, "is sufficiently serious, widespread and interstate in nature as to warrant federal assistance to states, local jurisdictions and Indian tribes."

Senator Carl Levin, the Michigan Democrat who heads the Armed Services Committee, said that the Federal Bureau of Investigation recorded reports of more than 77,000 hate crimes from 1998 through 2007 and that crimes based on sexual orientation were on an upward trend.

"The hate crimes act will hopefully deter people from being targeted for violent attacks because of the color of their skin or their religion, their disability, their gender or their sexual orientation, regardless of where the crime takes place," he said.

But Representative Mike Pence of Indiana, the No. 3 House Republican, said the measure could inhibit freedom of speech and deter religious leaders from discussing their views on homosexuality for fear that those publicly expressed views might be linked to later assaults.

"It is just simply wrong," Mr. Pence said, "to use a bill designed to support our troops to reverse the very freedoms for which they fight."

Democrats, however, noted that the bill would specifically bar prosecution based on an individual's expression of "racial, religious, political or other beliefs." It also states that nothing in the measure should be "construed to diminish any rights under the First Amendment to the Constitution." "

Rumor Alert!: T.I thinks Tiny is too G.H.E.T.T.O

So there's a little rumor going around that T.I thinks his wife, Tiny, from the B.E.T show "Tiny and Toya", is too ghetto on the show. He hates the way it makes her look and blah blah blah. Well the show can't make her LOOK ghetto if she's NOT! Right? Anyway, T.I says that once he gets out of prison he's gonna do everything in his power to shut down production of the show. So because of that, B.E.T is trying to film as many episodes for a second season as possible, before he is released.

Another Damned Hate Crime

Here's the story according to www.Advocate.com:

A 49-year-old gay man from Queens, N.Y., remained in a medically induced coma on Monday after being attacked by two men as he left a corner deli near his home Friday around 3 a.m.

Jack Price is in serious but stable condition. One suspect has been arrested and the other is still being sought in the incident, which police view as a hate crime, according to the Associated Press.  

"Police say the two suspects taunted Price and yelled anti-gay slurs while he was in the store early Friday," the AP reported. "They attacked him outside, not far from his home in the middle-class Queens neighborhood of College Point."

Daniel Aleman, 26, was arrested Sunday and charged with assault, aggravated assault as a hate crime, and aggravated harassment.

City Council speaker Christine Quinn, an out lesbian, called for the second suspect to be apprehended quickly during a press conference on Monday.

"I know the Queens community is outraged that hate has tainted their streets, and I know they will join with us in helping the local authorities find the second suspect," said Quinn in a statement. "I applaud the NYPD for taking swift action on this case, and I know they will continue their efforts until justice is served."

Ok so Beyoncé is releasing 3, count them, 3 albums soon. "I Am... Sasha Fierce Platinum Edition", "Beyoncé: Miss Swing Miss Soul", and she is just re-releasing the deluxe edition of "I Am... Sasha Fierce". Crazy right? "Beyoncé: Miss Swing, Miss Soul" is a compilation album featuring some of the songs she's sang in films. The Platinum Edition of "I Am... Sasha Fierce", is a two disc set. The first disc is has all the songs from the previous editions, with 4 new song. And the second disc has all the videos from "Above and Beyoncé" with the addition of her "Sweet Dreams" video. and the re-release of the Deluxe edition only has 1 new song. It's the recently leaked track "Poison". Along with this, she has her "I Am..." Concert DVD and the concert book.

Everyone that knows me, knows I'm a HUGE Beyoncé stan. But honestly, This is too much. The Concert DVD and Book are ok. But all these CD's? Really B? You could've put "Poison" on "I Am... Sasha Fierce: Platinum Edition" and left that Re-Release of the Deluxe edition alone. And I see that the video for "Video Phone" isn't gonna be on that dvd so are you planning on doing another video album with all the videos plus that? No! Beyoncé please don't over do it. Just take a break after you're tour boo, before people get tired of you. I don't mean from everything just take a break from music and releasing all these albums.
