Lil Wayne is Going to Jail!

Lil Wayne is going to prison for 1 year on charges of attempted weapon possession. He could've went to jail a lot longer for his original, more serious gun charges. I just wanna know why are the rappers going to jail for only a year? Lil Kim, T.I, and now Lil Wayne? And how is he gon' take care of his kid with Lauren London? Lol if it's his that is. He won't be doing his time until February when the court will announce his sentence. You'd think he's learn to leave the guns alone after what happened with T.I lol
